Staff physical guard is selected on a competitive basis according to strict criteria and selection constructive, important physically, morally. The agencies participating in a mandatory initial training course in the Police Academy of the Republic of Moldova and systematic MORE frecventeza professional skills training courses. 


Employees of the company are provided with equipment and technical means necessary for self protection and its tasks: Weapon of equipment, special means, radio station transceiver, bulletproof vests, metal detectors and other equipment necessary for the provision of security. 


Management personnel of the company is largely made up of former employees of MAI Republic of Moldova, most of which were the hot spots of the CIS and far forward experience and knowledge of other employees. 


One of the key security services customers is the service response to alarm signals, provided by the Intervention Task Force - composed of subdivision mobile operators best-trained and physically trained and professional.
